Decision

A recorded choice resolving a question, with its decider, its date, and its rationale — including the disposition of a decision-queue entry. A decision stands until a later decision supersedes it, and the supersession is itself recorded; silent drift away from a recorded decision is the inconsistency the sweeper exists to catch.

Estate surface

Decisions sections in project work records; the sweeper's decision queue (entries raised, dispositioned, and closed with the decider named); standing directives recorded in FLEET.md; and dispositions written onto the stories and records they govern.

Relations

  • A decision asserts no outgoing relations in this phase; work records point at it (workrecord records decision).

Notes

A decision is not a preference or a plan: it is the settled answer a question received, from the person or desk chartered to answer it.
