Standards
Governing documents: how things are structured, cited, released, and filed. This category defines how every other document in the site should be made and worded.
Applies to:
- Document standard — how a document is structured and written (sections, voice, two-part findings).
- Evidence & reference standard — what counts as evidence and how it is cited.
- Client release control — what may reach the client and when.
- Artifact spine / folder shape — where a file lives and what its name says about it.
Conventions:
- One standard per file, slugged:
assessment-document-standard.md. - Versioned with a change log: bump
vNwhen the standard changes; record it in the file's own log. - Superseded versions move to
08-standards/_Archive/. - A runbook never changes a standard; it points to the standard that does.
