Generators and checks — the code that produces artifacts, and how to run it. The code itself lives in the repo (linked); this category documents the usage, versioning, and archive-before-write rules.

Applies to:

• xc_docbuild — the shared practice generator core (diagrams, docbuild, office-property scrub, versioning).
• voice_sync — regenerates the voice standard from the PIP; --check before any client-facing artifact.
• make_baseline_matrix — builds the baseline status matrix.

Conventions:

• One tool per file, slugged: xc-docbuild.md.
• Each page answers: what it does, how to run it, what it outputs, the versioning rule, and the repo link.
• Archive-before-write / refuse-to-overwrite are stated on every tool page — the generator must not clobber prior output.
• No client names, tenants, or output paths in anything published here (client-neutral).
