Reports

Time-boxed deliverables: status reports, review requests, verification results, anything that has a "when" attached to it.

Naming: YYYY-MM-DD-slug.md — dated filenames sort reports chronologically, newest last. Do not increment sidebar_position on report files. One report = one file.

Four-axis tags: type, one or more topics, folder-matched category, status. For example, tags: [review, assessor, fable, category-reports, status-current] classifies an independent Fable assessment. A report waiting for the owner instead uses report (or research) with status-draft — review is not an owner-action tag. See the taxonomy.

Shape:

  • Status — one line: what changed, what's verified.
  • Evidence — the actual output/verification, not a summary of it.
  • Blockers / open items — explicit, with owners if known.

Quick, honest, current. This is the review queue.
