Workbench — Work Record

Intent​

Justin's personal workbench: one private site that gathers his finance dashboard, divorce case view, inbox triage results, and the docsite mirror behind Cloudflare Access. Static Cloudflare Pages site backed by a private repo; sections are generated from live data (Plaid finance snapshots, curated case data, triage results) and the docsite is mirrored from its canonical repo.

Status​

building — live and in daily use. Sprint 2026-S01 (2026-10-03 → 2026-10-09) is the llm-kanban pilot: WB-001 (board and tooling), WB-005 (fleet registry and naming standard), and WB-006 (llm-kanban docsite runbook and schema standard) are in review awaiting stakeholder acceptance. The finance dashboard expansion (paycheck allocator, safe-to-spend, 90-day forecast) shipped 2026-10-03. Every Plaid finance pull regenerates and deploys the finance snapshot.

Progress log​

2026-10-02​

  • Cloudflare Access enabled and verified on production and preview hosts for all four private sections.

2026-10-03​

  • Finance dashboard integration shipped (all four phases): bill registry and paycheck allocator, safe-to-spend with buffer, 90-day forecast, drill-downs. Fourteen allocator tests passing; snapshot rule wired into the bill watch.
  • llm-kanban built and made live in the repo: charter, board, schema, claim protocol with leases and fencing; Sprint 2026-S01 seeded with six stories.
  • Docsite mirror sync verified end to end (docsite main to workbench /docs/, deployed, externally verified).
  • This work record created (project page backfilled under the owner rule).

2026-10-10​

  • Knashboard cutover executed (chief of staff; record updated by the sweeper): knashboard.com is an active zone in the DEDICATED Cloudflare account; the eight Workbench Access applications (finance, divorce, inbox, docs × apex + www; "Just me" policy allowing jknash@gmail.com and jknash@x-centric.com) were created there on 2026-10-08. Pages project knashboard created in the dedicated account; origin proven by direct-upload deployment c2968b8d (1,262 assets, knashboard.pages.dev 200); knashboard.com and www attached; the verification matrix passed whole (apex/www 200, all sections plus a data file 302 unauthenticated on both hosts, old origin dashboard-71j.pages.dev 200 untouched as the rollback).
  • deploy.yml repaired in the act (dashboard 4a7cae80a8): cloudflare/pages-action (removed upstream) replaced by cloudflare/wrangler-action@v3 pages deploy. The first Actions run failed on token auth (wrangler 10000) — the CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN secret as entered is not the dedicated Pages-Edit token; the owner's correction is the remaining pipeline input, after which the chief re-dispatches and the pipeline is proven.
  • Interim bridge: the docsite-workbench-sync and finance-daily job bodies deploy through the dedicated helper (cfd.py deploy --project knashboard) so knashboard.com never goes stale meanwhile. On the pipeline proof, both jobs move to commit-only final form and cf.py retires for the workbench.
  • WB-002 recorded substantively complete and moved to in-review; it closes on Justin's OA-2 login confirmations (his acceptance).

Blockers / open items​

  • WB-002 knashboard.com — cutover complete (2026-10-10, see Progress log); the story stands in-review and closes on Justin's OA-2 login confirmations (apex + www section logins), which are his acceptance. Separately, the Actions pipeline proof waits on the owner's correction of the CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN secret in jknash/dashboard (the interim bridge keeps the site current meanwhile). Owner: Justin.
  • WB-004 Craft docs access — waits on the owner creating a Craft API connection key. Owner: Justin.
  • WB-003 Inbox Triage results publisher — ready, unblocked, queued in the sprint.
