Intent​

A standing SEO audit agent for x-centric.com — Justin's site, Framer-hosted, 319 URLs in its sitemap. The agent audits the site on a standing cadence and reports diff-first: what changed, what broke, what regressed — not a fresh wall of findings every run.

Stack (per the research report)​

  • A fleet-authored method skill (the audit method, evidence standards, and reporting discipline, in the docsite skills library) driving local, open-source tooling on fleet machines — no fleet code or site data goes to third-party services.
  • SiteOne Crawler — full-site crawl, weekly.
  • Unlighthouse — Lighthouse-class audits: sampled weekly, full site monthly.
  • extruct — structured-data extraction and validation.
  • Reporting is diff-first against the previous run's baseline.

Status​

Leg 1 complete (2026-10-09): tools installed and vetted-clean, method skill published. The security vet cleared all three tools with conditions (vet memo of record: seo-tool-vet-2026-10-09, security reviewer desk, 2026-10-09). Installs, all pinned and smoke-verified on local inputs, live in the SEO goal workspace (~/workspace/goals/seo-agent-for-x-centric-com/tools/; install record: tools/INSTALL.md there):

  • SiteOne Crawler v2.6.1 — no prebuilt v2.6.1 artifact exists (tag published, no GitHub Release), so the binary was built from the vetted source at the pinned tag (commit b1f333e226f4) and its sha256 recorded. AI analysis pinned off; raw-HTML mode; robots enforced; mailer unconfigured; no report server.
  • Unlighthouse 0.19.1 — lockfile install, no browser payload; the audit config pins the fleet Chromium and useDownloadFallback=false; CI provider only.
  • extruct 0.18.0 — venv with frozen dependencies; library API only.

The method skill is published: docs/15-skills/seo-audit.md (docsite commit 71b4499e5e7d; the library's first SEO skill, index now 434). Next (Leg 2, on the chief's dispatch): the cadence jobs and the baseline audit — the baseline is the first full run every later diff reads against.

Log​

  • 2026-10-08 — Initiative recorded (owner rule: the project record is the first step). Justin approved the build on the research report of record; security vetting of the three executables dispatched the same day. Record opened by maverick-muse-sweeper-001 on the chief of staff's dispatch.
  • 2026-10-09 — Security vet landed: all three tools CLEAR-WITH-CONDITIONS (memo of record with the security reviewer desk). Build Leg 1 executed by the sweeper desk on the chief's dispatch: SiteOne Crawler v2.6.1 built from the pinned tag and installed (sha256 recorded), Unlighthouse 0.19.1 installed lockfile-pinned with no browser payload, extruct 0.18.0 installed with frozen dependencies — every vet condition pinned in the run configurations, each tool smoke-verified on localhost inputs only. Method skill published to the docsite library (docs/15-skills/seo-audit.md, commit 71b4499e5e7d) with its upstream-registry entry (fleet-authored, upstream null). Leg 2 (cadence jobs + baseline audit) awaits the chief's dispatch.
