AF-02 original custody inventory

As of October 4, 2026; inventory only, not content clearance or acceptance. Iceman examined the original build repository and locally registered worktrees on jkdev001, plus the non-Git incumbent controller directory. No original files, Git refs, services, or runtime code were changed. The project execution record is jknash/agent-orchestration story kanban/stories/AF-02.md; this report is the sanitized owner-review summary. A machine-readable, 157-row path/blob inventory and reproducible read-only scanner are prepared on work/AF-02/inventory-01, pending project publication and PM review.

Verified inventory​

  • Deferred build-HEAD paths: 157 of 157 original Git blobs available; 157 of 157 matching the recorded source tree and physical original bytes. Five historical contract/ignore-rule archives also byte-match their original Git blobs. The other 152 paths remain local-only pending content, privacy, and license review; this inventory is not permission to publish them.
  • Historical Git originals: all 14 inventoried refs still match their recorded commits; the current reflog contains the same 163 unique commits as the prior lineage record (zero additions or losses), and the stash is empty. All 934 historical path/blob versions are locally available. Of those versions, 355 previously exported unaccepted source archives byte-match originals; 579 non-source versions remain local-only pending review. These categories overlap the 157 HEAD paths and must not be added into a disjoint file total. Original Git ancestry has not been exported upstream.
  • Original worktree residue: the earlier record has 2,012 entries across 66 roots. Readback found 23 physical files still present and 1,989 absent entries (earlier generated bytecode). Fresh Git status found 25 untracked/ignored entries: 23 from that record and two new ignored directories with no files at readback. The 25 comprise eight untracked control/manifest candidates, seven untracked lock files, eight ignored environment-like local-only files, and two empty ignored directories. No untracked Python source was observed in these 66 roots; this does not clear the control files for export. Per-path sensitive residue details stay in restricted local Git metadata, not this report or the project publication packet.
  • Two recovered-source origins: the original build directory's 35 files still match the AF-01 snapshot's hashes. All 31 paths in the non-Git incumbent-controller directory remain present, but only 12 match their AF-01 snapshot; 19 have changed. The archived incumbent copy is not evidence of the current loaded service. Changed originals need separate review before any export or acceptance.

Decision and handoff​

AF-02 is still blocked. Muse, the project manager, should review the pending inventory branch and decide how to classify or exclude the 152 deferred HEAD paths, 579 historical non-source versions, and 19 changed incumbent originals; decide whether sanitized lineage suffices or a separately vetted history export is required. The prior credential scan does not clear confidential or licensed material. Keep every original in place. No CI gate, independent reviewer, baseline acceptance, release, or AF-05 dispatch is claimed. AF-03 and AF-04 can proceed from the already recorded baseline under their documented re-scope; AF-02 still gates AF-05 onward.
